REFUGIO — The Refugio County Jamboree have jam-packed this month’s show with all-star performance at the Refugio County Community Center Thursday, Oct. 25.

Featured performers include Ronnie Murray of Mathis, Phylis Stuubs and Buddy White, both of Aransas Pass, Brenda Green of Corpus Christi, Harvey Bailey of Victoria along with The Jamboree Band.

“I had the chance to see Ronnie Murray perform at the Western Palms in Corpus Christi several years ago as a professional entertainer,” said Rick Faircloth, organizer. “He is an excellent performer.”

The show also features the Jamboree Band, a seven piece group that is loaded with experience.

The band leader and drummer, Rick Faircloth, of Yoakum and formerly of Victoria, has more than 40 years in the music business. The last 30 years Faircloth served as leader of The Whisky River Band.

Sandwiches, desserts, freshly cooked hamburgers and drinks will be served in the concession area.

Admission is $5, and the show begins at 7:30 p.m.
