Bulldogs get the win in Jourdanton

The Bulldog Baseball team traveled to Jourdanton on March 10 and defeated the Indians 7-4.

The win pulls the Bulldogs even in District play with a 1-1 record. Garret Luthringer pitched his second straight complete game in district play getting win on the mound.

Rico Rodriguez stole the show literally. He had 4 stolen bases to go along with 3 hits including a double and 3 runs scored. John Morgan Ross continued his hot streak with 3 base hits with 3 RBI’s.

Garret Luthringer had 4 stolen bases accompanying 2 hits and Ian Smith added 1 more hit to the total for the Dogs.

Three Rivers will back at home Tuesday night against Dilley and then will travel to Cotulla to take on the Cowboys Friday night. Both games will start at 6 p.m.
