Betsy Williams’ recipe for picante sauce won top honors Saturday at the fair. The winning batch of hot sauce was auctioned for scholarship money.

Refugio County’s high schools seniors who have participated in the Junior Livestock Show or in the exhibit building are eligible to apply.
