Friday was a night the Lady Badger Basketball team would like to forget. Skidmore-Tynan broke their 14-game winning streak, defeating the injury-plagued girls 30-39.

The Lady Badgers began district action Tuesday against Poth (results will be in next week’s paper) and travel to Schulenburg this Friday.

But for Coach Burke Braun and the Lady Badgers, injuries have been a top concern. Key senior players Courtney Pieprzyca and Lani Pitts suffered ACL injuries, and junior Kayla Ramirez is just returning after knee surgery.
