FANNIN — Doris M. Pollard, 74, of Fannin, died Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, in Victoria.

Mrs. Pollard was born in Weestache on Jan. 19, 1938, to Edgar and Minnie Warmuth Braun. She was a legal secretary, retiring after many years, and was a member of First English Lutheran Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Charles W. Pollard of Fannin; a daughter, Kim (Alan) Schneider of Fannin and children: Jake and Lane; a son, Randy (Laura Ann) Pollard of Victoria and children: Robin Haws, Erick Pollard and Dylan Pollard; a brother, Garland Braun of Willis; and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held Monday, Jan. 21, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Rosewood Funeral Chapel. Funeral services were at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, at First English Lutheran Church with Reverend Jim Pearson officiating. Interment followed in Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Ted Long, Tommy Harrison, Charles B. Pollard, Erick Pollard, Jake Schneider, Lane Schneider and Dylan Pollard. Honorary pallbearers were Dr. Jennifer Gonzales and Larissa Hairell.
