Published again.Contributed photo.Christina Perez reads her poem, "Beach Days," in the latest Creative Communications publication. This is the eighth time Christina has had a poem published by the Smithfield, Utah company. The poem was written last summer when Christina was vacationing at South Padre Island with her family. Her mother said Christina brings a pink journal with her during trips and jots down her thoughts. She hopes to publish her own children's book someday. Christina is an eighth-grader at Moreno Middle School and currently holds the title of Miss Teen Western Week. She is the daughter of Victor and Daisy Hinojosa and Gabriel and Tracy Perez.
