“Let the Good Times Roll - Mardi Gras” will be held on Friday, Feb. 22 at the Goliad Memorial Auditorium starting at 5:30 p.m.
Attendees will be transported to “Mardi Gras” complete with beads, masks, doubloons and all that Louisiana flavor clear down to the menu.
Guests will be offered a menu complete with apple-smoked halibut with Cajun praline sauce, caramelized Cajun pork chops, dirty rice, corn casserole, broccoli with cremini mushroom casserole in béchamel sauce, garlic breadsticks and bananas foster upside down cake.
The price of a corporate table is $300 and includes prime seating, first in line to dine, the company’s name in the program, newspaper and at their table, a bottle of champagne with keepsake champagne glasses for everyone at the table and eight Chinese Auction tickets.
Corporate tables are limited and must be reserved by Feb. 1.
Individual tickets are $25 each and are available now.
The Chamber of Commerce is also accepting live and Chinese Auction items and cash donations until Feb. 1. The donations can promote businesses while contributing to the Chamber of Commerce. Personal names or company names will be listed in the program and shown at the display tables prior to the auctions.
Nominations are also being taken for the Anne Kohler Outstanding Citizen and Honored Organization of the Year awards.
