In light of this, the San Antonio River Authority is updating its Nature-Based Parks Resources Master Plan and its Watershed Master Plans.
During the last week of February, SARA will host public meetings in Wilson, Karnes and Goliad counties for the general public to comment and make additions to the SARA master plans.
The Goliad County meeting will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28 at Immaculate Conception Church at 238 N. Commercial St. in Goliad.
