REFUGIO COUNTY – Refugio Bobcat offensive lineman John Wesley Shipp and wide receiver Marcus Thompson were recently named to the Class 2A All-State Football Team (first team) by the Texas Sports Writer’s Association.

Quarterback Travis Quintanilla, defensive end Devin LaFrance and linebacker Alex Coronondo were named to the TSWA second team.

And the Woodsboro Eagle’s leading rusher and running back, DeBray Bonner, received an honorable mention on the TSWA’s Class A All-State team.
