Sunday, Feb. 17 Jennifer Kotara was crowned “Miss Texas Senior Sweetheart” in Dallas. She will next compete for the “Miss National Sweetheart” this July in San Antonio as a part of “America’s National Teenager Scholarship Organizations” (ANTSO). Jennifer entered the competition as the reigning “Miss Karnes County” 2012. She is the daughter of Michael and Terri Kotara and is a senior at Falls City High.
