Clarence "Sonny" Teal passed away on March 15, 2013 at the age of 73. He was born to Clarence Thomas and Anna Mae Teal in Poteet on March 8, 1940. He is survived by his wife Betty Beard Teal of Jourdanton who had three children Vicki

Clements, Bubba Miller, and Tim Teal. He also leaves behind three grandchildren; Fletcher Saffell, Megan Teal, and

Marcy Teal. Sonny grew up in Tilden and has been a life-long rancher. He enjoyed roping steers and out of state hunting.

He hunted everything from Elk up North to the coons down South with his dogs. Those who knew him will

never forget his words of thinking. Serving as pallbearers are Tim Teal, John Wood, Vic Medley, Bubba Miller, Glen Atkinson, Pete Nicholson, Fletcher Saffell, and Bobby Luna. Visitation will be· held at Hurley Funeral Home, 118 W. Oaklawn

Rd., Pleasanton, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, March 18, 2013. A funeral service will be held at Hurley Funeral Home Chapel, Pleasanton, at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 19, 2013.
