Due to the success of the December luncheon, there will be two time slots available for guests to choose from: 11:30 – 12:30 p.m. and 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. Both programs will be identical and lunch is included in the event. Bring your health and wellness questions and leave the seminar armed with new information on keeping active and your heart pumping like it should.
All levels of fitness will be addressed, whether you are training for a marathon or just getting started. Special attention will be given to people dealing with health issues and those interested in maintaining overall heart health. Groups are welcome, however RSVP’s are needed to plan for lunches.
