The students of St. Philip’s Episcopal Church and School participated in a Christmas Giving Project during the month of December, raising more than $868 to help build a school for children of Juna Amagara Ministries in Uganda. The St. Philip’s students initiated this drive after a visit from Father Ben in October and learned that the children in Uganda do not have a school building to attend. Their goal was to contribute money to help build a classroom.
