The BCAA Head Start Program hosted an “Art Walk” for the children and their families on Thursday, March 20, at the Ayala Center. The children completed art activities to put on display for the Art Walk. Families were encouraged to attend to view their child’s artwork and complete other art activities that were available. The families learn to appreciate the children’s creativity, and the event exposes the children to an array of different medium sources. The children learned to paint with marbles, balloons and their fingers. They also learned the chemical reaction of mixing two different colors of paint. Pictured is Gabriela Fira holding up her work of art.
