Reckless driver calls increased during February

The following is an accounting of calls for service for February 2014. Please note they are by units/deputies sent (not including DPS or fire units) rather than a total number of events.

Reckless driver calls are up. Animal bite, nuisance and cruelty calls have doubled. Loose livestock calls remain high.

Along with these calls, deputies must write reports and take statements to go with the crimes reported and are expected to make patrols of the whole county.
