AUSTIN – Goliad High School's "Hall Monitors" won first place in the narrative category at Wednesday night's UIL Young Filmmakers Festival 2014 Awards Night at the Paramount Theater.

The GHS film "The Monkey's Paw" took third place in the narrative category.

Directors of "Hall Monitors" were Kirkland Eggemeyer, Dempsey Duprie, Union Brooks, Jason Harvey, Matthew Baca.

Directors of "The Monkey's Paw" were Ryder Billo and John Von Dohlen.
