Get ready for an explosion of fun activities at the Goliad County Library starting with reading club sign-up beginning Monday, June 9.

Children ages 6 to 13 years old are encouraged to join this self-motivated reading program. At sign-up, each child will receive a goodie bag filled with incentives including coupons from Stripes, Subway, Whataburger, Dairy Queen, and The Tote!

Activity programs start Thursday, June 12 at 2 p.m. with a presentation by Mad Science, which will present elementary science concepts to children in a way that makes sense to them with hands-on experiments and eye-catching demonstrations.

Children ages 6 to 10 years old are invited to attend.

Monday Matinees begin Monday, June 16 at 2 p.m. for children age 6 to 13 years old. The feature will be “Monsters University” with popcorn and juice provided. Come join the fun!
