Mrs. Reyna was born Nov. 13, 1931, to Anastacio and Juanita (Hernandez) Borrego in Beeville. She worked as a waitress in the early ’60s in Port Lavaca at Las Palmas and was an avid gardener and quilter.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Juan Pablo Munoz, Mauro Borrego and Alejandro Borrego; and a sister, Josephina Gutierrez.
Survivors include seven children, Ronaldo Reyna, Wayne Reyna, Richard Reyna, Rachel Padron, Hope Alvarado, Janie Alvarado and MaryAnn Reyna; two sisters, Maria Louisa Rodriguez and Elena Martinez; one brother, Isabel Arriaga; 27 grandchildren; and 47 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, July 14, at Heritage Funeral Home in Victoria.
A chapel service was conducted there at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 15. Burial followed at Memorial Park Cemetery.
