Jacob Bonnet thrusts the 800-gram javelin for a personal best of 136 feet and first place during the June 21 practice meet. Even though during the qualifiers meet, Jacob did not reach his personal best, his throw of 127,8 put him in third and enabled him to qualify for the Junior Olympics individually. He also will compete in the decathlon.
