Alaniz allegedly failed to appear in court on May 27 on charges of a second DWI and having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle with him. He was free on a $2,500 bond at the time.
Maldonado was to have appeared in court on June 24 on a charge of felony DWI, subsequent offense. He was free on a $3,000 bond on that day.
Third degree felonies are punishable by up to 10 years in a state prison and a $10,000 fine.
