She was born in Nuevo Laredo Tamaulipas, Mexico, to Jose and Santos Hernandez Linares on March 31, 1970. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jose Linares.
Survivors include her husband, Ysaias Hernandez of Skidmore; one son, Avel Hernandez of San Antonio; three daughters, Inez Hernandez, Maria Lupita Hernandez and Lucia Hernandez, all of Skidmore; her mother, Santos Linares of Skidmore; three brothers, Jose Luis Linares of Alice, Santiago Linares of Mexico and Armando Linares of Skidmore; and one sister, Concepcion Linares of Skidmore.
Visitation was held from noon to 9 p.m. Thursday at Treviño Funeral Home with a rosary recited that evening at 7 o’clock. Funeral Mass was to be celebrated at 3 p.m. Friday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Skidmore followed by interment at Evergreen Cemetery in Skidmore.
Arrangements were entrusted to Trevino Funeral Home in Beeville.
