Jose Guadalupe Fidencio Ramirez, infant, died on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2008, following a sudden illness.

He was born Aug. 2, 2008, at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, Mich., to Maria Fidencia Moreno Lino and Jose Guadalupe Ramirez Luna.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Agapito Moreno Sr.; his maternal great-grandparents, Guadalupe Garcia, and Amado and Flora Moreno; one aunt, Elvira Moreno; and three cousins, Keelan Anthony Moreno, Arturo Moreno and Gabriella Arredondo.

Survivors include his parents, Maria Fidencia Moreno Lino and Jose Guadalupe Ramirez Luna of Kalamazoo, Mich.; his maternal grandmother, Julia G. Moreno of Beeville; his paternal grandparents, Antonia Luna and Franco Ramirez, both of Guanajuato, Mexico; paternal great-grandfather, Margarito Garcia Sr. of Beeville; paternal great-grandmother, Carmen Rangel; aunts, Brenda Felix of Homestead, Fla. and Cecilia Pardo of Beeville; uncles, Jose Luis Garza Jr., Amado and Armando Moreno, all of Beeville, Esmerejildo Moreno of Cuero and Agapito Moreno Jr. of Victoria; and numerous cousins, and great-aunts and uncles.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to any children’s hospital.
