The Trojans won three straight in Sinton on Tuesday night and then went to Alice on Wednesday and completed their undefeated week with three more wins.
The Bobcats from Skidmore-Tynan were the competition in the first game of the night in Sinton. The Bobcats gave the Trojans all they wanted as the Beeville boys escaped with a close 28-26 victory.
The Trojans blanked Sinton 42-0 in game two and then went on to top the Tigers from Goliad 31-15 in the night’s finale.
The Trojan JV team is competing and gaining experience at Sinton but is running against varsity squads and finding wins hard to come by so far this summer.
In Alice, the Trojans met the Freer Buckaroos in the first game of the night. The Beeville squad aired it out for 42 points and held the Buckaroos to 24 tallies for the win.
The Orange Grove Bulldogs fell to the Trojan seven in the second game, 27-19.
The evening’s final contest had the Trojans meeting the Vaqueros from San Diego. The Beeville boys earned a 20-point victory with a 38-18 final score.
The Trojans return to Sinton on Tuesday evening for their final week there. The Beeville squad will continue to travel to Alice on Wednesday evening for three more weeks. Games begin at 5 p.m. with the second contest to follow at 6 o’clock and the night’s finale at 7 p.m.
The Beeville squad has posted a 13-1 record in games at Sinton and in Alice this summer.
The only loss was a close early match-up with the West Oso Bears.
The Wednesday schedule may have the Trojans meeting former Beeville coach Soza’s Alice Coyotes.
