In last Saturday’s edition of the Beeville Bee-Picayune in a letter to the editor, the author, Ms. Debra A. Chapa, said that President Obama’s plans favor the working class. OK, fine, but is that the reason that nine percent of the working class is out of work? Where are the jobs?
