Mr. and Mrs. Alfredo Cuellar of Woodsboro are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Selina Lorena Cuellar, to Peter Silvas, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ramon Silvas of Refugio.
