The couple will exchange wedding vows at 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 13, 2010, at the First United Methodist Church in Refugio.
A reception at Padilla Hall will follow.
Kim is the daughter of Bob and Pat Blackwell of Woodsboro. She is a retail center supervisor with Time Warner Cable.
Ted is the son of Estelle Arcand of Bellingham, Mass. and the late Theodore W. Arcand Sr. He is employed as an instrumentation tech with Deepwater Specialists, Inc.
