Unify to Beautify of George West will sponsor the first annual Live Oak County Ranch House tour on Saturday, May 1, to raise money to help construct a large stone entrance to the George West Cemetery.

The tour will showcase six beautiful homes on ranches around George West. Each home has a unique creative expression and tells the story about the people who live there.

The homes on tour are Bill and Beverly Meider, Lamon and Elaine Bennett, Riley and Darlene Rhodes, Monty and Mary Kay Lyne, Angie Martin and Margaret Brown.

Plan on joining the adventure of exploring each home and the spring country scenery. Tickets will be $15 and will be available from all UTB members or by contacting the co-chairmen, Grace Wilson (361-449-7168) and Earlyn Tompkins (361-566-2503).

Be sure to put this on your calendar, organizers say. You won’t want to miss this chance to visit these special ranch homes.
