The George West track teams competed at Arlen Zamzow track meet in Three Rivers. The results are as follows:

Varsity Girls

Taylor McCumber placed 1st in the 100 meter hurdles and set a new meet record in pole vault with a vault of 11’ 6”.

Marley Snider placed 1st in the High Jump.

Junior Varsity Girls

Sarah Whitley placed 1st in the long jump, 3rd in the 800 meter relay, 3rd in the 400 meter dash and 3rd in the 1600 meter relay.

Allison Bryce placed 2nd in the discus and 6th in the shot put.

Kate Jimerson placed 3rd in the discus and 3rd in the shot put.

Kaylee Brysch placed 1st in the triple jump, 3rd in the 800 relay, 3rd in the 1600 meter relay.

Nexpa Gulameau placed 3rd in the 800 meter relay and 3rd in the 1600 meter relay and 6th in the 400 meter dash.

Bailey Keith placed 5th in the long jump, 3rd in the 800 relay and 3rd in the 1600 meter relay.

Varsity Boys

Aaron McCabe 1st place in Discus, 2nd in Shot Put, and 3rd in the 4X100 relay

Zane Schorp: 3rd in the 4X100 relay, 4th in the 200, 5th in High Jump, and 6th in the 100 meter

Joseph Lopez: 3rd in triple Jump, 5th in Long Jump

Cayleb Holt: 3rd place in the 100 meter dash and 3rd in the 4X100 meter relay

Josh Bolieu: 3rd in the 4X100 relay and 4th in Pole Vault

Junior Varsity

The 4X1600 relay was 1st Seth Pipkin, Lucas Barcak, Phillip Alvarez, Thomas Proctor

The 4X100 relay was 4th Pipkin, Boby Torres, Barcak, Alvarez

The 4x200 relay was 6th Proctor, Jesse Jones, Kendall Hensley, Joseph Feist

Pipkin was also 2nd in the 400

Alvarez was 4th in the Pole Vault and 5th in the 400

Hensley was 3rd in High Jump and 6th in the 300 hurdles

Proctor was 4th in High Jump and 5th in the 100

Torres was 4th in the 800

Barcak was 5th in Triple Jump

Feist was 6th in the Triple Jump

Joseph Gonzales was 5th in the 1600 meter run

The Longhorns and Lady Horns track teams will run next week at Poth.
