Police Chief Joe Treviño said officers were tipped off of some possible drug activity at that address and they began watching the residence.
Those taken into custody at the scene were 52-year-old Martha Muñoz, 39-year-old Jesse Gene Gonzales and 57-year-old Jesus Garcia Castillo.
Treviño said Castillo was on parole at the time for a 1983 homicide conviction in Bee County. He was not scheduled to get off parole until 2015.
SWAT officers led by Lt. Richard Cantu swarmed the residence at 9:30 p.m., the chief said.
Each of those arrested was charged with possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, one-four grams, and possession of marijuana, less then two ounces. The cocaine charge is a third degree felony, punishable by a prison term of up to one year and a $10,000 fine.
The marijuana charge is a Class B misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in jail and a $2,000 fine.
The three suspects were taken before Justice of the Peace David Garza, who set bonds on each at $5,000 on the cocaine charge and $2,000 each on the marijuana charge.
