The sophomore qualified for a second time by winning the regional championship with a 168 two-day total after shooting an 86 and an 82.
Kasie shot 10 strokes better than her nearest competitor at the regional tournament two weeks ago.
As a freshman last year, Kasie was well on her way to a medal with a fifth place, 81 first-round finish.
Lady luck wasn’t with the Lady Eagle the second day and she fell behind with a 94, to end up 11th in 1A.
The seasoned golfer returns to the state playoffs with more experience.
Kasie is the daughter of Henry and Ann Fierova.
