Beeville Police Department Staff Sgt. Richard Cantu said the driver, 18-year-old John Angel Maturey II, was westbound when he felt one of his wheels start to wobble. He lost control of the vehicle and it rolled at least one time before coming to rest on its roof. The driver sustained a scrape on his left elbow but was otherwise not injured.
