Federal inmate Joseph Robicheaux, who walked away from the minimum security prison camp in Three Rivers on Monday, was back in custody on Wednesday, said Public Information Officer Shannon Phelps.
Robicheaux, 36, was arrested by officers with the U.S. Marshal’s office in Houston.
