The RHS Class of 1966 met Saturday at Moya’s to plan the evening social set for Sept. 25 during the Last Great Reunion.

Those attending were Dan Adrian, chair, Joel and JoBeth Whitlow, Neal and Dorothy Ritchie, Ronny and Carolyn Adrian, Charlie and Linda Jones, Gladys Cain Greiner, all of the class of ‘66; and Joyce McGuill, ‘67.

The reunion includes the classes from 1965 through 1973 and any other class members, teachers, or family members who want to attend.

“We now have all the major reunion events sponsored,” said Mark Richardson who is the chief organizer of the event. “If you want to offer your services to any of the events, please contact the following individuals:”

• Barbara (Williamson) Harkins, ‘71 & Vicki (Williamson) Eubanks, ‘68, for the Friday night gathering at Refugio City Hall.

• Don Pennington and Boogie Thurmond, class of ‘65, for the Saturday morning golf tournament.

•Susan (Sullivan) Cox, and Patty (Hepburn) Hayes, ‘69, for the Saturday afternoon cookout.

• Dan Adrian, George Brown, ‘66, and Chris Rainey, Joyce (Hennig) McGuill, ‘67, for the Saturday evening social.

• Roz (Skeen) Keck, Vicki (Weeks) Johnson, ‘68, for the Sunday brunch.

The reunion is just around the corner.

“Please make your plans and coerce, belittle, embarrass, harass, or otherwise ask those (siblings, classmates, friends, cousins, inlaws, ex-inlaws on speaking terms, former teachers, etc.) that you see missing off the RSVP list,” Richardson said. “After all, this is the Last Great Reunion. To miss it would be surely regretful.”
