LOC 4-H members progress in Photography Contest

Fifteen 4-H members participated in the Live Oak County 4-H Photography Contest with 51 photos being entered.

Those 4-H members who participated in the Senior category were Victoria Culpepper receiving a blue ribbon in the People, Animals-Domestic and Plant Flora. Victoria can advance to state in the People and Plant Flora Category.

Kaylee Brysch exhibited a photo in the Animals - Wildlife category where she received a blue ribbon. She can advance to state in the Animals-Wildlife category.

Bethany Brysch exhibited a photo in the Animals-Wildlife category where she received a blue ribbon. Shelby James exhibited a photo in the Marine Aquatics and in the Theme category and received a blue ribbon. She will have the opportunity to advance to the state 4-H Photography Contest in both categories.

Tara Liska exhibited a photo in the Animals –Domestic category and can advance to state in the Animals-Domestic category.

Ashley Keadle exhibited photos in the Animals - Wildlife, Details & Macro, and Nature/Landscape and received blue ribbons for all, but can advance to state in Details and Maco and Nature/Landscape categories.

Youth participating in the Intermediate Category are Bryce Hanshaw exhibiting in the Animal’s Domestic, two Landscape and Nature, Details and Macro and Night categories. Bryce received blue ribbons in all categories except Night and had a red ribbon. He will have the opportunity to advance to the District Contest in the Animals- Domestic and Details and Macro categories.

Taylor Thompson exhibited a photo’s in the two Animals-Domestic, where she received a blue ribbon and a red ribbon, Catch All category and received a blue ribbon, Details and Macro, receiving a blue ribbon, two Landscape/Nature receiving two blue ribbons, Dominate Color, receiving a blue ribbon, Night Photography receiving a red ribbon and Two People category were she received two blue ribbons and will have the opportunity to advance to the District Contest in Catch All, Dominate Color, Nature/Landscape, and People categories.

Dylan Pawlik exhibited photos in the Animals-Wildlife, and Elements of Design categories receiving blue ribbons and will have the opportunity to advance to District Contest in both.

Nathan Culpepper exhibited a photo in the Nature/Landscape, People and Plant/Flora categories and received blue ribbons on each photo and will have the opportunity to advance to the District contest in the Plant/Flora category.

In the Junior Category, Kory Humphrey exhibited photos in the Animal-Domestic, Elements of Design and Plant/Flora categories and received blue ribbons on each. Kory, will have the opportunity to compete at the district level in the Animals-Domestic and Elements of Design Categories.

Kary Humphrey exhibited photos in the Animals-Domestic, Details and Macro and People categories and will have the opportunity to participate at the District level in Details and Macro and People categories.

Allynee Hernandez exhibited photos in Animals-Domestic, Animals-Wildlife, two People and Marine/Aquatics categories and received blue ribbons on all. Allynee will have the opportunity to advance on to District in the Marine/Aquatics category.

Elizabeth Emerson exhibited photos in the Catch All and Animals-Wildlife Categories and received blue ribbons and will have the opportunity to advance to the District Contest in the Catch-All category.

Erynn Studlar exhibited a photos in the Animals-Wildlife, Catch-All, Dominate Color, Element’s of Design, Food, Nature/Landscape and Plant Flora. Erynn received blue ribbons in all categories except Elements of Design where she received a red and will have the opportunity to advance to district in the Animals-Wildlife, Plant/Flora, Dominate Color, Food, Nature and Landscape, and Plant/Flora categories.
