He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Marvin Eugene McNeill.
Survivors include his wife, Grace of Three Rivers; a son, Tommy (Sue) McNeill of Three Rivers; two granddaughters, Lindsey McNeill of San Marcos and Lacey McNeill of Three Rivers and one grandson, Steven McNeill of Jourdanton.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 5 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Oakville Baptist Church with services following at 3 p.m. Burial followed in the Three Rivers Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Howard Crawford, Robert Herring, Leroy Kaatz, Jr., Larry Talley, Wood Harrod and Robbie Ragsdale. Honorary pallbearer was Grey Likens.
Services were entrusted to Galloway and Sons Funeral Home of Three Rivers.
