Dorothy Wolfe Brazier, 84, died Thursday, July 26, 2012, in a Uvalde hospital from congestive heart failure. She was born in Pawnee to Thurman and Frances Benham Wolfe, on Oct. 27, 1928.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Oliver Wolfe of Beeville and John “Sonny” Wolfe of Longview and four sisters, Lois Foster Smith of Three Rivers, Lillian Kibbey of Corpus Christi, Wilma Gorbit of Mathis and Rachel Angermiller of Pawnee.

Survivors include a daughter, Dawn (Eric) Evans of Reagan Wells; four grandchildren and a brother, A.T. Wolfe of Berclair.

Services were held at 3 p.m. at the Brush Country Cowboy Church in George West on Saturday.
