Joe R. Garza, formerly of George West, age 74, died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012 at a hospital in Tarrant County. He was born to Juan and Luciana (Ranjel) Garza on June 18, 1938 in Live Oak County. He was a supervisor for Dalton’s Best Maid.

He was preceded in death by his parents, several brothers and one sister.

Survivors include his wife, Celia Garza of Crowley; a son, Raymond (Sondra) Garza of Crowley; a daughter, Nona Lee of Tenn.; four brothers, Chon Garza of Houston; Cupper Garza of Ft. Worth; Juan (Lupita) Garza of George West; Jehovah (Norma) Garza of George West; a sister, Jaine San Juana of Beeville; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012 from 8-9:30 a.m. at Roberson Funeral Home in Three Rivers.

Funeral service will be Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012 at 10 a.m. at the St. George Catholic Church in George West.

Burial to follow service at the Oakville Cemetery in Oakville.
