Johnny Frank Lee, 71, died Saturday, May 17, 2014, at his home in Three Rivers.

Mr. Lee was born to Benjamin Frank and Velara (Armstrong) Lee on Oct. 18, 1942, in Sonora. He was a preacher.

He was preceded in death by his father; a daughter, Joleen Lee Preston; a son, Joe Lee; and two grandsons, Matthew and James Allen Lee Jr.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce Lee; two sons, James (Marla) Lee and John (Anna) Lee, both of Three Rivers; mother, Velara (O’Dell) Sellars of Camp Wood; a brother, Archie (Susan) Lee of McQueeney; and a sister, Judy Williams of Three Rivers; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous step-grandchildren.

Visitation was held Sunday, May 18, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Roberson Funeral Home in Three Rivers.

The funeral service was conducted Monday, May 19, at 2 p.m. at the Assembly of God Church on I-37 access, Three Rivers. Interment was at the Three Rivers Cemetery.

Services were entrusted to Roberson Funeral Home, Three Rivers.
