Police Chief Joe Treviño said narcotics investigators received a complaint concerning what some people at the motel believed to be illegal activity.
Investigators obtained a search warrant and hit the motel room sometime after 3 a.m.
Inside the room, officers found about $300 in cash, cocaine, synthetic marijuana and marijuana.
Those arrested were 20-year-old Jeremiah Arredondo, 30-year-old Chris Campos, 37-year-old Margaret Brown and 19-year-old Michaela Santos.
Arredondo was charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
Charges against Campos included possession of a controlled substance, less then two ounces, and possession of less than two ounces of marijuana.
Treviño said Campos also was wanted on a local warrant that had been issued previously.
Brown’s charges included possession of a controlled substance, one to four grams, and possession of marijuana.
Santos was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
Treviño said the offenses are both district level felonies and county level misdemeanors.
Police officers were assisted in the raid by Bee County Sheriff’s Office Deputies Ryan Treviño and Rick Villarreal.
