Kyndal Henicke, formerly of George West, is graduating from A&M Consolidated High School in College Station, Texas. She is graduating Summa Cum Laude with a GPA of 4.483 and is ranked eighth in her class of 560 students.

Kyndal has served in several leadership positions at A&M Consolidated. She has been the class Vice President, Head Social Officer of the dance team, Chairperson of Youth United (Habitat for Humanity’s high school branch), and the head of the Student Council Service Committee.

In 2007, the Bryan/College Station Sister Cities program chose Kyndal, along with 10 other local students, to travel to Kazan, Russia in a cultural exchange.

Through the People to People program, Kyndal was given the opportunity to travel to both New Zealand and Australia in the summer of 2008.

She is currently planning a trip to Germany this summer to visit the family of a former A&M Consolidated foreign exchange student.

Kyndal plans to attend the University of Texas in Austin to pursue an education allowing her a career in international relations.

She would like to thank her teachers and administrators of George West Primary, Elementary, and Junior High for providing her with a solid educational foundation.

It was this educational background which allowed Kyndal to excel in the academically challenging environment at A&M Consolidated High School.

Kyndal is the daughter of Donald and Lisa Henicke, and the granddaughter of James and Janet Pawlik, Mary and the late Ben Henicke, and Glen and the late Jenny Geitz.
