Ladyhorns leash Lady Bulldogs for second time this season

On Tuesday night the George West Lady Horns won a hard fought battle against the Three Rivers Lady Bulldogs.

Kayla Krietsch had two aces, two digs, one block, and seven kills. Savannah Franco’s hard work paid off with two aces, three digs, 14 assists, and one kill. Whitley James had one block, two assists, and 10 kills.

Shawna Talley followed with one block, one assist, and three kills. Kelsi Wallek helped the team out with her five aces, seven digs, and eight assists. Kayla Wallek had one ace and six digs. Maggie Ham played hard and had three aces, eight digs, and two kills. Taylor McCumber had five digs, one block, and four kills. Following Jane Riser had three blocks and one kill. Lacey Gee finished the game with 14 digs.

This win leaves the Lady Horns with a 6-2 district record for the season so far.
