Thanks to the members of the Grace Armantrout Museum the Auxiliary of Swinney Switch will host the first Health Fair of 2009.

The Fair will be held at the Grace Armantrout Museum, Hwy 281 South George West Saturday Sept. 19, from 8 a.m. to noon.

County Health Nurse Rachael Clayton will be administering the shots. The annual flu shot will be available as well as pneumonia and tetanus shots.

Everyone is aware of the threat of the H1N1 (Swine Flu) pandemic threatening the world. This is one reason that everyone is encouraged to receive the annual flu shot as soon as possible.

Any information updating the knowledge on the H1N1 (Swine flu) will be shared with all who attend. It is likely that the H1N1 vaccine will be available in Live Oak County in October.
