She was born in Live Oak County on Nov. 3, 1920, to Charles E. and Laura M. Gallagher Houlihan. She was an administrative assistant for a manufacturing company and a member of St. John of The Cross Catholic Church in Orange Grove.
Mrs. Robinson was preceded in death by a son, John Michael Robinson; a daughter, Lorrayne Robinson; and two brothers, Charles L. and Clarence S. Houlihan.
Survivors include one daughter, Jana L. Robinson of Orange Grove; one sister, Doris Wilson of Beeville; one sister-in-law, Eloise Houlihan; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Galloway and Sons chapel in Beeville. A rosary was recited Sunday evening at 7 o’clock, also at Galloway and Sons. Funeral services were held Monday at 1 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Patrick Donohoe officiating. Burial followed at Gussettville Cemetery in Live Oak County.
Pallbearers were Eddie Houlihan, Clark Houlihan, Jason Houlihan, Don Jackson, Rick Miller, Edward Vasquez and Walter Horton. Honorary pallbearers were Egan Stelzer, Jeff Stelzer and Chuck Clark.
