Beavers roll Yorktown behind Dziuk’s 4 TDs

Colin Dziuk scored four touchdowns to lead the Falls City Beavers to a 55-7 win over the Yorktown Wildcats on Friday night.

All of Dziuk’s touchdowns came in the first half as the Beavers rolled to a 35-0 lead.

Dziuk had touchdown runs of 3, 42 and 47 yards and returned a punt for another score.

Luke Swierc also scored for Falls City in the first half on a 7-yard run.

Swierc added touchdown runs of 5 and 36 yards in the second half and Tad Nieschwitez had a 6-yard scoring run as the Beavers led 55-0.

Yorktown finally got on the board with three seconds left in the game when Derek Franke scored on a 1-yard run.

Dziuk had 163 yards rushing on 10 carries and Swierc added 117 on six carries.
