He was retired from the Air Force as a Lt. Colonel.
He was born Aug. 4, 1929 in Woodsboro to Rose and Lewis Quinn.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Vera Joy Quinn; two daughters, Patrice Alana Quinn and Michele Elena Quinn; son, Michael Justus Quinn; and numerous grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 25 at Fort Sam Houston’s Main Post Chapel.
