Peyton Levien, 10, of Woodsboro won the grand champion breeding heifer at the Refugio County Junior Livestok Show and the reserve grand champion in the junior show in the Rio Grande Valley Show, and the grand champion grey female in the open show. She also won the the junior showmanship award in the Valley show. Peyton is the daughter of Chris and Mary Levien.

HC Neel’s carcass steer and heifer both won the reserves championships.

Other winners include Madalynn Nixon, grand champion breeding gilt; Derek Ressmann, reserve champion breeding gilt.

Pre 4H showmanship winners include Sydney Summerville, pre-4H goat; Presleigh Barber, pre-4H rabbit.

The 4H Herdsmanship winners are Abbey Hicks, steer; Quentin Bellows, lamb; Lacie Beall, goat; Anthony McGuill, swine; Logan Myers, poultry; and Kate Ruddock, rabbits.
