A host of entertainers will take the stage at the Community Center Thursday, Aug. 25, for this month’s Refugio County Jamboree show.

Ronnie Murray of Mathis; L.A. Zdansky of Corpus Christi and Lost, But Found Gospel Group will join the Jamboree Band for an evening of live entertainment.

“I had the chance to see Ronnie perform at the Western Palms in Corpus Christi several years ago as a professional entertainer,” said Rick Faircloth, organizer. “He is an excellent performer.”

L.A Zdansky, a professional musician for may years, is well known to local and area bands as a singer and drummer.

“L.A. is not playing regularly anymore but stays close to his love of music by dong the area shows from time to time,” Faircloth said. “He’s a friend to everyone and we’re happy to have him on our show.”

Admission is $5, and the show begins at 7:30 p.m. at the Refugio Community Center. Sandwiches, desserts, freshly cooked hamburgers and drinks are being served at the concession area.

For more information contact Rick at 361-293-5887 or Refugio Chamber of Commerce at 526-2835.
