CBC joins litter fight

County Judge David Silva joins CBC President Thomas Baynum and most of the Cougar athletic department to help clean up the litter and trash around the college. The county and city, along with the college, are among the several groups here that are trying to keep the litter under control and our community looking good for the citizens and all the visitors.
