Refugio Bobcats break scoring record... again

REFUGIO - The No.1 ranked Refugio Bobcats broke their scoring record for the second time in a row in Jack Sportsman Bobcat Stadium Friday night with a decisive 91-6 win over the Freer Buckeroos.

The Buckeroos' lone score came after the ball was knocked loose from Cat quarterback Travis Quintanilla's arms as he was attempting to throw a pass.

The Bobcat running backs break-neck speed allowed them to score almost at will. The Bobcats have averaged just under 64 points per game this season.

The Cats travel to Hebbronville next Friday.
