More than 325 players from across the country participated in the 2012 Under Armour Pre-Season All-American Tournament powered by Baseball Factory.
“Our scouts were treated to players from across the country that had many tools including sub-seven-second speed, sub-two-second pop time and above 89 miles per hour velocities. While we cannot honor everyone that attended, we did want to highlight a few players that stood out,” as reported by the Baseball Factory.
“Travis is a young RHP with a clean, quick arm. He pitches in the mid 80s with his fastball topping at 86 mph and maintaining his velocity through all three of his innings. His curve ball is sharp with depth and acts as a swing-and-miss pitch now and at future levels. In addition, he mixes in a developing change. Overall, this athletic RHP has a bright future on the mound,” the Baseball Factory reported.
